What will be covered at the workshop?

During the one day ‘Looking the Business’ workshop our tutors will explore the relationship between your ‘look’, the way you communicate and your personal brand. You will receive guidance in how to use colour, style, clothes and personal grooming to create an image that draws customers to you. Our tutors will coach you on the way you present yourself verbally and non-verbally to help you discover skills for confident and clear face to face communication.

You will learn how to:

Create a personal ‘brand’ that works for you, your customers and your business

Present a confident, consistent and memorable message to prospective clients

Develop impact and influence in your spoken and unspoken face to face communications
